You have been subscribed to a public bug: problem occurs only when these four things come together:
1.) X11 session 2.) fractional scaling enabled and non-integer value selected (e.g. 125%) 3.) playing video in full screen mode (doesn't matter which player - firefox and the gnome-video-player tested) 4.) removing the keyboard dock from the main unit Video plays fine until the fourth condition is met. Then it starts repositioning and resizing every half second like crazy... This happens on Ubuntu 19.10 and 20.04 fresh installs, no proprietary graphics drivers. Hardware is a Toshiba z20t-c, with Intel graphics. ** Affects: mutter (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: bot-comment focal xrandr-scaling -- fullsreen video behaves strangely when on fractional scaling and removing keyboard dock of 2in1 Toshiba z20 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1861459 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to mutter in Ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
