Public bug reported:

Am on latest version of Ubuntu 20.04 and gnome shell is completely un-
usable due to random crashes and glitches everywhere.

Description: Ubuntu Focal Fossa (development branch)
Release: 20.04

Bug: Gnome shell while opening app drawer, shows random number of grid
page navigation button on right side.

How to reproduce: 1-open 9 dots on bottom corner of dash (the app launcher
button), wait for the app grid to show up.
2- Drag app icon to create apps folder.
3- As the app folder gets created check the number of vertical navigation
buttons on the right side, few of them are not clickable. And this wont get fix
until you will restart the shell.
