Thank you for the fix! After having my mutter updated, I can finally watch the fullscreen videos while having the fractional scaling enabled
However, there is one minor issue. Whenever I switch to the fullscreen mode, the scaling factor is changed from 150% to 200%, so all the widgets are unnecessarily large.
