Since we find so many bugs are caused by extensions we first need you to
uninstall all of these:
'audio-output-switcher@anduchs',
'alternate-...@gnome-shell-extensions.gcampax.github.com',
'multi-monitors-add-on@spin83',
'dash-to-pa...@jderose9.github.com'
Be sure to uninstall them and don't just disable them because a disabled
extension can still interfere with the shell.
