The GNOME people have left the merge request unanswered for two weeks, only to ask me to go onto a mailing list (for which the server doesn't work). When I politely pointed out that it wasn't very inviting to outside contributors, I didn't get a very satisfying answer, to say the least. I have tried to follow the project's procedures as best as I could, but they're making it almost impossible to get this very simple fix in.
I'm a bit at a loss as to what I should do now.
