Public bug reported: First, I am unable to find any way of disabling/hiding desktop icons in Gnome settings. Is this intended behavior?
Second, when using Gnome tweaks, there is currently no way of disabling/hiding desktop icons via the extension, clicking the settings button for it renders no result and disabling it will not hide desktop icons.
