Public bug reported:

I've trouble installing the Os
I booted from cd and tried to install it onto my harddisk
After some time everything seems fine , But when the Loading Splash screen
comes with some theme sound and after sometime I got an error and from then it
goes to black screen and again after sometime the Dvdwriter I use stops
blinking or loading OS and it stops thats all.
The error I got was as follows:

"There was an error starting the GNOME Settings Daemon.
    Somethings, such as themes,sounds,or
background settings may not work correctly.

The Last error message was:
Did not receive a reply.Possible cause include:
The remote application did not send a reply, the
message bus security policy blocked the reply,
the reply timeout expired or the network
connection was broken.
GNOME will still try to restart the setting
Daemon next time you log in."
