You have been subscribed to a public bug: After upgrade to Ubuntu 18.10, Seahorse doesn't show passwords anymore.
Here the behavior: 1. I open seahorse and I see Certificates, GPG keys, secure shell. 2. After ~10 seconds, the Passwords section appears 3. It contains two folders: Login and Default. 4. Both folders are empty and saved passwords are not visible. I already removed "dbus-user-session" as suggested here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/chromium-browser/+bug/1689825 But it didn't solve.
