As I recall, this bug is about getting the error message "destination is read-only" on a drive which has become read-only one time during a login session despite remounting or inserting other drives which get the same device name.
If you don't see this error message, then your bug is a different one. Reading https://forum.xfce.org/viewtopic.php?pid=50502#p50502 I see no similarities between the two cases.
