I am experiencing this on Thinkpad T460s running 64 bit Ubuntu 18.04.1 (4.15.0-42-generic) with Gnome 3.28.2, utilizing Intel® Core™ i7-6600U CPU @ 2.60GHz × 4, Intel® HD Graphics 520 (Skylake GT2)
