The touchpad has 2 Buttons, right and left mouse buttons. This buttons aren't disabled, when I disable the touchpad in the gnome-control- center. If I install the gnome-shell-extension "Touchpad indicator" and set the "switching methode" to Xinput, the buttons will be disabled. But if I use the "switching methode" Synclient or "Gconf Settings" the buttons still works after disabling the touchpad. With "Touchpad indicator" with the setting "Auto Switch" enabled and "switching methode" Xinput all works as expected. If I unplug the mouse, the touchpad will be activated and vice versa. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-control-center in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1783710 Title: touchpad keys still work after disabling the touchpad To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-control-center/+bug/1783710/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
