Public bug reported: After every the screen is blocked, I have to write twice the password. The first time the top bar is available but the user as seen on the blocked screen still on. Then, I have to "cancel" the process which drop down the "curtain" and then I have to enter the password yet again.
That happens since the update from 18.04 to 18.10.
