To keep this bug in the loop, the merge request https://gitlab.gnome.org/Community/Ubuntu/gnome- software/merge_requests/5 landed in ubuntu-master, but ubuntu-3-30 has different code so the patch couldn't be applied. I will create another merge for ubuntu-3-30.
