Public bug reported: Despite the fact that hibernation is not officially supported, and does not work out of the box ( and still does not seem to work even after I manually added the resume= kernel parameter ), the default policy of systemd on a critical battery level is to perform a hybrid suspend, wasting time and power writing ram to disk that will never be resumed.
