Public bug reported: Ubuntu release: 18.04 LTS gnome-control-center version: 1:3.28.1-0ubuntu1.18.04.1
First noticed when trying to open system settings and Ubuntu immediately crashed to the login screen. The screen was then very slow for a few seconds (the mouse barely moved) until I could log in. All running applications had been killed. Same things happens when running 'gnome-control-center' from a terminal.
