This upload fixes the bug:

* New upstream version:
Panel:
- Fix large height of the menubar, which forced the panel size to
be at least 28.
- Fix alignment of widgets in the Run button (Ubuntu: #89421)
Clock Applet:
- Fix crash when using internet time (Ubuntu: #88939)
Misc:
- Add a .desktop file for bug-buddy integration
- Require pango 1.15.4 for the clock applet too
* debian/patches/12_autoconf.patch:
- updated
* debian/patches/90_from_svn_fix_panel_width_when_using_menu.patch:
- dropped, fixed with the new version
