Public bug reported: The move to Gnome from Unity was ok except for two major features that got lost and those are global menus and pixel saving when maximized.
Are there any chances of official support in future releases? Gnome extension for global menus exists https://github.com/lestcape /Gnome-Global-AppMenu and that may be used as a starting point.
