Dear Ruslan and all! I have created PPA ( https://launchpad.net/~nrbrtx/+archive/ubuntu/xorg- hotkeys ) with patched packages for Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (xenial, with HWE) and Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (bionic).
