Jonathan,

Can you find the options for configuring your touchpad in:

  Settings > Devices > Mouse & Touchpad?

I am imagining either that's too hard to find (I agree), or the settings
might be missing (which can happen on some laptops where the touchpad is
misdetected as a mouse).
