A PolicyKit prompt asks for your password. The message from Snap is in Azerbaijani. It should be in English to match my locale: en_US. "Snap Yuklemek veya Kaldirmak icin dogrulama gerekli !" I was not able to duplicate this bug on Ubuntu GNOME 16.04 LTS. I did not try elsewhere. Screenshot attached.
