Public bug reported: On Ubuntu 16.04.2: If right-click a file clicking "Open With" -> "Other apllication..." a list of "Related Applications" is shown. "Other Apllications" are shown after clicking "Show all applications", but this works only if the list contains at least one item. If it is completely empty the button does nothing. But click fast double clicks multiple time on it after clicking the empty list, it will open the "Other Apllications" list sometimes.
