Public bug reported: Shotwell can publish photos and videos to my Google Photos account using the Picasa plugin. Publishing photos works well. However, publishing videos results in an unusable video on Google Photos: Shotwell's upload seems to work, but selecting the video on Google Photos just shows a grey box with text "Your video will be finished shortly." This never changes (i.e., the video is obviously not processed correctly by Google Photos). Uploading the video through Google Photos' web interface works fine.
