Public bug reported:

I am using Gnome 3.18.2 under Debian Jessie. I like PCManFM (v1.2.3) as file
manager as it is lighter than Nautilus but when I am trying to extract some
files from file-roller sometimes the UI crashes.
When it does the mouse is suck with the drag and drop pointer and I cannot use
it at all. I am not able to select any other window or even open a new command
line using my sortcut Ctrl+shift+T. The only way I can fix it is opening a tty
(via Ctrl+Alt+1) and killing the process file-roller.

The way to reproduce the bug is very easy. Every time I try to extract a
file from file-roller to PCManFM by drag and drop it crashes. But it
does only if I move the file while dragging it, over the places panel
(press F9 to open the panel). If I just drag and drop the file straight
on a folder it does work properly.

I don't know where to get some debug info from, but I will be happy to
help.
