Public bug reported:
The summary tells it all. It happened after updates some days back. Upon
switch of layout keyboard indicator just do not change it state although
the actual switch of layout happening.
Layouts used are "us" and "ru(winkeys)", shift of group is mapped on
Alt+Shift.
