Using current xenial, if you try to install a package and it fails the
unity launcher keeps an "installing" item even after closing gnome-
software. One easy way to trigger it is to deny the polkit auth prompt
displayed when trying to install a software (sometime g-s segfaults,
that's bug #1549890)
