this rotation issue seems to be also causing a crash in pixman in some cases: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=87588 I am attaching a file which makes the crash reproducible here. BTW another test-case for the invalid rotation is the output of kxbprint, reproducible like this: xkbprint :0.0 keyboard.ps evince keyboard.ps The latter sometimes crashes and sometimes don't, at least on my system.
