** Description changed:

  Using arale rc-proposed 143, I'm getting location-serviced crashes
within about 15 minutes each boot if I leave the phone idle.

  Steps to reproduce the issue:
- 1. Do a completely fresh flash of arale rc-proposed 143.
+ 1. Do a completely fresh wipe/flash of arale rc-proposed 143.
  2. Complete the welcome wizard and scope tutorial.
- 3. Tap "skip and set up later" on the Today scope.
- 4. Reboot the phone.
+ 3. Tap "skip and set up later" on the Today scope. After results start to
load, tap the back button. I'm not 100% sure if this step is required.
+ 4. Reboot the phone, then leave it idle without logging in.
  5. Wait ~15 minutes, and check /var/crash periodically.
+
+ Usually, this results in a crash. Timing varies though. I've seen it
+ happen at 2 minutes and 5 minutes and 15 minutes.
+
+ This phone does not have a SIM card.
