On my system (Ubuntu 14.04, Evolution 3.10.4, Seahorse 3.10.2) I did the following
- uninstalled seahorse - restarted laptop - installed seahorse - opened seahorse and in "Login" deleted all entries looking like "Evolution Data Source xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxx.x@my-laptopname" - opened Evolution and was asked for password of each account - closed seahorse and Evolution after that the problem was solved! Perhaps removal and reinstallation of seahorse is not necessary at all. But I was just trying to do what @wmccarty described. Try to delete in seahorse all "Evolution..." entries and then start Evolution to see if the problems resolves (saves you few minutes). I have the feeling that seahorse is not responsible for this error. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to evolution in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1299604 Title: evolution keeps asking for password To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evolution/+bug/1299604/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
