On my system (Ubuntu 14.04, Evolution 3.10.4, Seahorse 3.10.2) I did the
following

- uninstalled seahorse
- restarted laptop
- installed seahorse
- opened seahorse and in "Login" deleted all entries looking like "Evolution
Data Source xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxx.x@my-laptopname"

- opened Evolution and was asked for password of each account
- closed seahorse and Evolution

after that the problem was solved!

Perhaps removal and reinstallation of seahorse is not necessary at all.
But I was just trying to do what @wmccarty described.

Try to delete in seahorse all "Evolution..." entries and then start
Evolution to see if the problems resolves (saves you few minutes). I
have the feeling that seahorse is not responsible for this error.
