Public bug reported: In Kubuntu vivid, in gtk3 applications, when I try to move the cursor hover a scrollable area of a gtk3 application (meld, winetricks) with my touchpad (a clickpad), it scrolls even if I am not clicking. I can click if I press harder, like everywhere. In this case, the entry in the list (if the scrollable area is a list) is selected. The feedback looks exactly like if I were using a touchscreen. I think this should only happen if I scrolled or drag 'n' dropped a scrollable area hover a non draggable object.
This behavior doesn't show with gtk2 or Qt applications.
