Seems irda-utils has an invalid init.d script:

insserv: warning: script 'irda-setup' missing LSB tags and overrides
insserv: There is a loop between service watchdog and irda-setup if stopped
insserv: loop involving service irda-setup at depth 2
insserv: loop involving service watchdog at depth 1
insserv: Stopping irda-setup depends on watchdog and therefore on system
facility `$all' which can not be true!

** Tags added: bot-stop-nagging

** Package changed: systemd (Ubuntu) => irda-utils (Ubuntu)

** Summary changed:

- package udev 208-8ubuntu8.1 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed
post-installation script returned error exit status 1
+ broken SysV init script
