Public bug reported:

Users are unable to make bookmarks in Nautilus using diacritic
characters in their own language.

Steps to reproduce:

- Make a bookmark (CTRL+D) of current location
- Right click on the bookmark and click "Rename"
- Try to type in the name. After trying to enter polish letter "ł" (ALT+L)
editing stops. Editing stops right after pressing right ALT.
