I can confirm this bug, but I am wondering if it relates to gvfs or the keyring?
After loading the keyring (at login or using "gnome-keyring-daemon -r"), if I first mount something else that requires the keyring (sshfs), the samba share mounts right away without prompting for password. It is as if the keyring needs to be "touched" once before it works as intended for samba mounts. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gvfs in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1235034 Title: gvfs-mount doesn't accept creds from keyring To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gvfs/+bug/1235034/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
