Public bug reported:

Problem happens when copying multiple files to another drive.

Every time copying stops after about 30 mb. Nautilus doesn't crash, it
just stops. No more harddrive activity, no lights, noone home.

Copying a single 1.6 Gb file gave the same problem although it did copy
the whole 1.6 Gb it froze at the very end. Only option is Force Quit.

Nautilus also falls over trying to change file permissions, this does
cause crash with no error message. Has only been doing this since system
updates a few days ago.

Using Gnome-commander all operations work perfectly.
