When file sized >4Gb (e.g. DVD9 ISO image) is copied on VFAT filesystems, it can't fit on it due to limitations of the fs. I suggest check before copying such files and give dialog with options to split or to refuse copying. Now, the file starts copying, but interrupts in the middle. I had to remove already copied useless part of the file on destination media and split/copy file using Double Commander. VFAT filesystems are still used on most removable media, including phone cards.
