This bug affects me too. Important notes 1: When i'm using Nautilus whithin my Home directory, maximize and minimize function normally, however, when I'm browsing on another partition (NTFS - dualboot Win7 or pendrive), by clicking on the icon opens a new instance instead of using the same.
