Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and trying to help make
Ubuntu better.

It looks like you had some PPA enabled before upgrade (you should always
ppa-purge these before upgrading!) which has left incompatible packages
on your system.

Downgrading gnome-control-center to the version currently in Trusty
(3.6.3) should resolve this issue
