After uprgading librsvg with the Security-Patch

some svg-icons in Nautilus, Panels and other programs disappear

on 12.10, downgrading 
librsvg2-2_2.36.3-0ubuntu1.1 
to
librsvg2-2_2.36.3-0ubuntu1

"solves" the issue.
