Public bug reported: The quit functions of Rhythmbox do not act consistently, which doesn't make a lot of sense.
With Rhythmbox open, CTRL + Q along with Rhythmbox (in global menu) >> Quit will actually, 100% quit the application to the point that currently playing music gets stopped immediately. On the flip side, if you right click Rhythmbox in the Unity bar and select quit, it simply closes the window, but Rhythmbox continues to function in the background and play music. It would make more sense if the quit functions would actually quit the application, as the "quit" function in the Unity bar feels a bit confusing after it doesn't truly quit Rhythmbox. Thank you!
