Public bug reported: Hotkeys configured in the system Text Entry settings for keyboard language switching (e.g. Ctrl+Shift or CapsLock) don't work in the Unity greeter screen.
Steps to reproduce this bug: 1. In the system Text Entry settings: 1a. add two or more languages to the input sources list (e.g. English and Russian); 1b. Set hotkeys to switch sources (e.g. Ctrl+Shift or CapsLock). 2. Reboot or just log out. 3. In the Unity Greeter screen (logon screen) try to switch keyboard layout language using selected shortcut.
