I confirm on my freshly installed Ubuntu 12.04.4 amd_64. This bug affect me. My music is stored on a NAS mounted via a autofs cifs mount. It affect my mp3/ogg, in fact, every music file that is not lossless. I also have the same bug on a freshly installed Ubuntu 13.10 amd_64 NB : I have a dedicated audio pci board (asus xonar dx). NB : it seems to affect other gstreamer application, as I have the same issue with totem, but not with vlc.
