I have three layouts (English, Ukranian and Russian). The switchers are
CapsLock/Shift+CapsLock. Sometimes (often after exit from suspend or
after connect/disconnect WiFi or VPN) they are not work. If I wait five-
ten minutes they can (but not always) work and indicator switchs all
times that I try switch in cycle for few seconds.
