Public bug reported: I cannot save or export files anymore in Gimp. In the file dialog the corresponding option (Save, Save as..., Save as copy..., Export, Export to) are all greyed out and cannot be clicked - see attachment.
What I want to do: - File > New - File > Save #This option as well as any other save/export option is greyed out What I do instead: - Press Alt key #Opens HUD - Type "Save" or "Export" - Press Enter - Corresponding Dialog opens - Action is performed as usual __________________ Ubuntu 13.10 gimp 2.8.6-1ubuntu1 ** Affects: gimp (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Attachment added: "On the left the file dialog and the greyed out options of trying to save a new file / on the right the opened HUD" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1246734/+attachment/3896677/+files/gimp-nosave3.png -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gimp in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1246734 Title: [Gimp] Save/Export only works in HUD, not in file dialog To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gimp/+bug/1246734/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
