Here's a more verbose report. I launch gnome-terminal I start rhythmbox from the command line Immediately, I get the following message in the command line: "Rhythmbox: could not connect to socket Rhythmbox: Connection refused"
Then, I hit the play button on my apple remote Since shuffle is on, a random song starts playing Meanwhile, I have received a couple of messages in the terminal that all say: "** (rhythmbox:13284): WARNING **: Size 5760 is not a multiple of unit size 5520" Then I press >> on the apple remote Another random song starts playing Then I press >> for about 8 seconds Rhythmbox closes, and I see this in the terminal: Segmentation fault Please let me know if you need any other information -- Pressing remote too often/quickly causes segfault https://launchpad.net/bugs/83463 -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
