Public bug reported: Hello all!
I have a persistent problem with changing themes. When I change them through the appearance section of system-settings, the themes do not change (neither GTK3, metacity, and/or icon theme). --------------- 1) Description: Ubuntu 13.04 Release: 13.04 --------------- 2) gnome-control-center: Installed: 1:3.6.3-0ubuntu24.1 Candidate: 1:3.6.3-0ubuntu24.1 Version table: *** 1:3.6.3-0ubuntu24.1 0 500 http://ve.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring-updates/main amd64 Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status 1:3.6.3-0ubuntu24 0 500 http://ve.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring/main amd64 Packages --------------- 3) I expected the themes to change. -------------- 4) Instead, the old theme remains. Even a log-out and a login still retains old themes. ** Affects: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: gnome-control-center gnome3 gtk icon-theme metacity -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-control-center in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1226847 Title: GTK/metacity/icon Themes not sticking To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-control-center/+bug/1226847/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
