Public bug reported: I'm running Nautilus 3.8.2 on Ubuntu 13.10
To see the problem: 1. Insert a removable drive such as a USB flash drive. It will appear in the Nautilus sidebar. 2. Right click the drive and choose Format... 3. Nothing happens.
