Public bug reported:

You have logged in in a new language. You can automatically update the
names of some standard folders in your home folder to match this
language. The update would change the following folders:

Current folder name: New folder name:

   /home/xxx /home/xxx/Documents\

with two options to "keep old names" and "rename"

I do give a keep old names, and still my documents folder is missing.

** Affects: xdg-user-dirs (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
