Public bug reported:

There's a some easy-trigger issues with the file operations window:

1. first cancel button focused by default - pressing Enter cancels
2. no confirmation of canceling
3. it's possible to close the file operations window, which results in all the
operations being canceled

At some point the window got minimized to systray (or was it in GNOME's
Shell?), but that's not the case any more.
