Thank you for reporting this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. In the Software & Updates app, please switch to the Updates tab and uncheck the "Pre-released updates (saucy-proposed)" box. Proposed is not meant for use during the development cycle since it's just a temporary holding area for packages to be built and in some cases minimally tested before release to the regular development archives.
