Public bug reported:

In the drop down menus that appear when clicking the settings button, or
the down arrow button that is left of it (no idea what it is supposed to
represent), the font used for the shortcuts for active menu options is
so faint as to be invisible - ie I had no idea that they were there.
Only the shortcuts for the inactive menu options are visible. When the
mouse is hovered over a menu option, the color scheme chagnes and the
shortcut becomes visible.

Given the visibility of the disabled options, it is hard to believe this
could have been an intentional design choice.
