But many of the described bugs are solved too, and bug managing will improve over time. Just look two releases ago: the beta of 13.04 was jet more stable than 12.10, and with less design defects than 12.04-LTS.
On the other hand, now I'm member of Ubuntu BugControl with so much more ability in bug management than when I wrote this report.
